1. What is a Message?

A message is a short piece of information written for a person when he or she is not available to receive it directly.

A message helps communicate important information accurately and quickly.

Example Situations-

* Heading

– Write “MESSAGE” at the top.

* Date

– Mention the date when the message is written.

* Time

– Mention the time when the message is received.

– Name of the person for whom the message is intended.

* Body of the Message

* Sender

– Name of the person writing the message.

7. Rules of Message Writing
